Great location and friendly staff
I stayed for 3 nights in a Double Room, and I loved the hotel's prime location, just a short walk to major attractions and metro stations. The buffet breakfast was a highlight with freshly baked pastries and a great selection to start the day. The staff were super friendly and made our experience feel welcoming. The only downside was some noise from the street at night, making it tough to get a solid sleep.

can't wait to come back
The room was clean and spacious for a family. It had a flat-screen TV, minibar, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. The breakfast was impressive with fresh fruits and pastries. Staff were super welcoming. Location is prime, just a short walk to the tram and attractions. The lift made access easy to the upper floors.

The room was spacious and tidy. It had a mini fridge which was super handy! Loved the sketchy vibe of the alleyway it was located in. felt like a hidden gem. It was just a short walk to cool spots and the tram, and having free public transport made getting around a breeze.

The elevator is tiny, making it a hassle for multiple guests with bags. Noise from the street was a persistent issue, especially in the early morning with cars and partygoers disrupting sleep. Also, the breakfast choices were rather basic, lacking variety. It would be nice to have thicker blankets for added comfort and a kettle in the room for hot drinks.

missingWrote a review on 18 Mayexcellent locationgreat breakfastsignificant noiseuncomfortable bedcramped room
The location is excellent, right in the city center, and the breakfast offered a great variety. However, the room was above a restaurant, leading to significant noise, especially on weekends. Additionally, the twin beds were uncomfortable and cramped. Street noise when windows were closed made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The room was clean and tidy with a decent size. I liked that it had a minibar, which was handy. The bed was comfortable but I found the pillows a bit too thick. The bathroom was small, especially the shower. It was a bit tricky to find initially as the hotel is tucked away in a small street.
